Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you purchased, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review and advise on replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Eligibility

Returns and refunds depend on product condition, proof of purchase, and whether the item has been used or customized. Personalized NFC cards, engraved items, or products showing signs of use may not be eligible except where required by law.

Digital profile services tied to activated accounts may be handled separately from physical card returns — contact us for your specific case.

Refunds & processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically within 7–14 business days after approval.

Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are generally borne by the customer unless we made an error on the order.
